Refund Policy

   The domain prices are quoted in USD values and include credit card transaction charges.
   In the process of payment you will be required to give your billing and shipping details and confirm your order. Your order will be sent to us for processing and you will receive an email confirming your order and registration information. The purchase is processed by our payment provider 2Checkout.com.
   OpenMerchant Inc. does not have access to your credit card details at any time but can confirm your transaction. If you have any queries regarding your order please contact us at 2co@mail.openmerchant.com.
   We will contact you in up to 48 hours (usually 24 hours) after the payment at the address you provide at checkout and either deliver your product.

Refunds

   A refund is the actual reimbursement of the cost of a Product to a Customer("Refund"). OpenMerchant Inc. accomplishes the Refund by reversing the amount previously charged to the Customer's Card.    10-Day Refund Period – We offer refunds for the following reasons:
      * Non-delivery of product: due to circumstances the registration information is not delivered to you;
      * Product contains errors: You are suggested to contact us first and ask to correct any errors you might find. Requests based on this reason are processed individually.

   You should notify us within 10 days of the date the product was delivered (or not delivered) to you, we will either work on the problem until you are completely satisfied or issue a refund. In your claim, please, include explanation of reasons for a refund, and your order information.

      * You will never pay charges made to your card through unauthorized parties, contact us if there are charges on your bill you do not recognize.
      * To protect you from catastrophic losses, under the Fair Credit Billing Act, your bank cannot hold you liable for more than $50 of fraudulent charges that are not the result of negligence or fraud on your part.

It encrypts all of your personal information, including credit card number, name, and address, so that it cannot be read as the information travels over the Internet. 2Checkout.com does not allow any transactions that do not occur on a Secure connection.

   2Checkout.com and its partner OpenMerchant Inc. pledge that the information you enter will not be shared with any outside party without your expressed consent (does not include fraud cases) and that any emails you receive from 2Checkout.com and/or OpenMerchant.com will be related to your order.
